Southwest Construction is looking for experienced laborers to join the team!
- Load concrete on the truck for each job
- Follow all safety guidelines at all times
- Install each job using company approved methods
- Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Loader Operator Certification preferred but not required. In house certification.
- 1-3 years Loader Operator experience
- A mechanical aptitude
- Available to work varied hours as needed to meet our customers' demands
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Working under all weather conditions
- Valid TX driver license is a plus
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screen

Requisitos:
- Se prefiere la certificación de operador de cargador, pero no se requiere. Certificación en casa.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia como operador de cargador
- Una aptitud mecánica
- Disponible para trabajar horas variadas según sea necesario para satisfacer las demandas de nuestros clientes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno a gran ritmo
- Trabajar en todas las condiciones climáticas
- Debe pasar la verificación de antecedentes
- Debe pasar la prueba de drogas
