Job Summary:

Evolve Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Clovis, CA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide primarily 1-on-1 patient-therapist treatments in our low-volume clinic setting. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services, utilizing your expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other specialized techniques to help our patients reach their rehabilitation goals .

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking, musculoskeletal and neurological assessments, and functional testing.
• Develop individualized and patient-centered treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and potentially other specialized techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise programs.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and efficiently in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.
• Adhere to all professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to further enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current California Physical Therapist License.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience or interest in sports rehabilitation preferred.
• Advanced certifications and board specialties such as CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), ATC (Certified Athletic Trainer), OCS (Orthopaedic Certified Specialist), SCS (Sports Certified Specialist) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate, with a range of $38 - $45 per hour, based on experience.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid major holidays.
• Paid sick leave in accordance with California law.
• Opportunity to participate in a 3% IRA match program.
• Annual CEU reimbursement of $500
• Medbridge subscription

Schedule:

• Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule available Monday through Saturday . Must have availability to work afternoons and evenings.

Evolve Physical Therapy 340 Clovis Ave, Clovis, CA 93612 Located in Old Town Clovis, inside the Athletic Performance Facility.
