Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of retail sales, customer service, or retail management experience preferred. Previous experience selling home décor, furniture, flooring, rugs, or luxury products is a plus. Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions. Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.

Job Duties Greet and engage customers while providing an exceptional shopping experience. Educate customers on premium custom cowhide rugs, product features, quality, and benefits. Recommend products based on customer style preferences, size requirements, and intended use. Meet and exceed individual and kiosk sales goals through consultative selling techniques. Process sales transactions accurately and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail kiosk. Merchandise products and displays to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs. Open and close the kiosk according to company procedures. Maintain accurate sales and inventory records. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Provide leadership support, assist with sales priorities, and help train new team members. Support scheduling needs and ensure appropriate kiosk coverage when serving in a supervisory capacity.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift, move, and arrange merchandise weighing 30-50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, and handle rugs and display materials as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
