Descripción del puesto Como Sales Specialist en Chicago Dream Network, tu día a día se centrará en identificar oportunidades de negocio, gestionar una cartera de clientes y cerrar acuerdos alineados con los objetivos de la empresa. Te encargarás de contactar potenciales clientes, realizar presentaciones de servicios, dar seguimiento a leads y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas y a largo plazo. Colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo de formación y mentoría para diseñar propuestas adaptadas a las necesidades de cada cliente y para apoyar procesos de entrenamiento comercial. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo, presencial y se desarrolla en nuestras instalaciones en Chicago, IL. Podrás participar en reuniones internas, sesiones de estrategia y actividades de mejora continua orientadas a potenciar los resultados de ventas. Poseer aptitudes en comunicación eficaz, tanto oral como escrita, y capacidad para adaptar el mensaje a distintos perfiles de clientes. Contar con aptitudes en atención al cliente y servicio al cliente, orientadas a construir relaciones de confianza y ofrecer una experiencia de alto valor. Demostrar aptitudes en ventas y gestión del proceso comercial, incluyendo prospección, negociación y cierre de acuerdos. Tener aptitudes en formación y entrenamiento, con capacidad para transmitir conocimientos de forma clara y apoyar el desarrollo de otros miembros del equipo.
