As an In-Home Health Care RN, you'll have the unique privilege of building meaningful relationships with your patients, providing holistic care that extends beyond medical needs to truly touch their lives. Responsibilities Provide in-home nursing care and administer prescribed treatments. Monitor patient conditions and report changes. Educate patients and their families about health and wellness Qualifications RNor LPNlicense and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clients’ homes. Experience in home health or hospice settingspreferred. Must pass a criminal background check and have current CPR certification.
