Job Description
As a service plumber you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work independently and as a team to ensure that all plumbing systems operate efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities:- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Perform installations, repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems, fixtures and appliances
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients about job progress and any issues
- Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations
- Complete paperwork and documentation for service calls accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field - 5+ years
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes and regulations
- Ability to handle physical workload and work in confined spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Drivers License
