• Specialty: NICU RN
• Experience: 2+ years NICU experience required
• Additional Experience: PICU and CVICU experience required
• Facility Experience: Level III or IV NICU strongly preferred
• Children’s Hospital Experience: Preferred
• Education: ADN or BSN
• License: AZ RN license or Compact RN with multistate privileges
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, Advanced NRP — AHA
• Floating: Must float to PICU and CVICU
• Flu: Required October–April unless exemption is approved before start
• Masking: Unvaccinated COVID/flu staff must sign declination/masking agreements and mask during respiratory virus season
• RTO: Only RTO discussed during interview will be pre-approved

• Setting: Pediatric / Children’s Hospital
