As a General Manager at Pablo, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities

Greet every guest with enthusiasm, making them feel welcomed and valued.
Make personalized menu recommendations and ensure you are knowledgeable about all offerings.
Maintain a high-energy atmosphere by keeping drinks filled and smiles on faces.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.
Support your team members as needed, promoting a culture of cooperation and teamwork.

Requirements

Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
A naturally warm and welcoming personality.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
Weekend and morning availability is essential.
Bonus: Previous experience in a brunch-focused restaurant is a plus.

Schedule

This position requires availability on weekends and mornings, aligning with our brunch service.
