We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PAM RN to join our hospital-based team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a Tier IV setting, demonstrating clinical expertise and a commitment to patient safety and well-being. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a hospital Tier IV environment. 

- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status. 

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. 

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols. 

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. 

- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning. 

- Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times. 

**Qualifications:** 

- Current RN licensure. 

- Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably in a Tier IV setting. 

- Ability to work PRN shifts with flexibility. 

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. 

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
