Role Summary: Located at the Sterling, VA office, the Estimator will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing cost estimates for a variety of commercial repair and restoration projects. This includes tasks related to concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural reinforcement. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze cost estimates and quantity take-offs for commercial repair and restoration projects. Oversee project budgets and monitor costs to ensure they align with financial expectations. Facilitate effective communication with clients and project teams. Utilize expertise to interpret construction plans and specifications accurately. Leverage construction estimating software to generate precise estimates and reports. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency with construction estimating software, such as Bid2Win. Strong background in cost management and budgeting. Excellent communication skills and relevant experience in the construction industry. Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications with accuracy.
