Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals with the leader, create a plan to achieve them, lead a team of Department Managers, set Department goals, coach and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
