HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Plano, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Surgical Oncology (610) / Medical City Plano / Plano, TX 75075 7P-7A, 3 x 12 hour shifts, 36 guaranteed hours Unit Information: (Surgical Oncology) Weekends and On call(if any) · Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 30 bed unit · Number of Staff – 48 nurses/pct/huc · Type of staff: o Day Shift – (1 CNC, 5-6 RN, 2PCT ) o Night Shift –(1 CNC, 5-6 RN, 2PCT) · Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED)– 1:5/1:6 · Type of equipment – baxter pumps, scd machine, mobilab, glucometer · EMR -meditech Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Communication · Compassion/Empathy Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · IV insertion · Chemotherapy List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Medication administration · Chest tube management · NGT management · Foley management REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · BLS Floating Area(s): · Medical Oncology, Med/surg About HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA At HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, healthcare is not just about the four walls of a facility but about the people who provide and receive care.
