The Department of Urology at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Urologist to join our growing academic Urology practice serving Buffalo and Western New York. This is a unique opportunity for a Surgeon-Scientist to build a robust urologic oncology practice while advancing innovative translational and laboratory-based research within one of the nation's premier cancer centers.

The successful candidate will enjoy a full-spectrum urologic oncology practice with a particular focus on bladder cancer, while benefiting from 50% protected academic time dedicated to basic science, translational, and clinical research efforts. Physicians in this role will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary experts across medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, genomics, and translational science to help shape the future of GU cancer care and discovery.

MD, DO, or equivalent degree with Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Urology. Strong clinical expertise and interest in urologic oncology with a focus on bladder cancer. Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered GU oncology care. Passion for translational research, laboratory investigation, and scientific discovery. Interest and ability to develop an externally funded independent research program. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across clinical and scientific disciplines. Passion for mentorship, education, and academic medicine. Executive presence, intellectual curiosity, and strong communication skills.
