What You’ll Do:

• Engage customers face-to-face and provide expert recommendations on wireless, cellular, smartphone, and connectivity solutions
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and close sales
• Demonstrate and coach best-in-class sales techniques to new team members
• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new hires
• Manage the full sales process from greeting to closing
• Track your sales performance and team development metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset
• Natural interest in helping others succeed (training/coaching)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required; we train motivated people
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
