Correct Choice Inc. is seeking a talented Food Service Director to oversee the production and delivery of high-quality meals while upholding our core values of quality, integrity, and customer focus. Your Role as a Food Service Director As a Food Service Director, you’ll lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations in food service. Key responsibilities include: Budget Management: Oversee and control the food service budget to meet financial goals. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team of staff and inmate workers. Operations Oversight: Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling. Safety & Compliance: Uphold stringent safety, sanitation, and security standards, ensuring compliance without compromise. Administrative Excellence: Perform vital administrative functions inventory tracking, and reporting.
