Desired Qualifications:

• Active Professional Educator’s License (PEL) or eligibility for IL licensure (comparable out-of-state licenses accepted)
• Special Education Teacher certification required
• Orton Gillingham training/certification (SLANT, Wilson, Sonday, etc.) highly preferred
• Experience working with K-4 students in resource and inclusion models

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and push-in support for elementary caseload (K-4, approximately 8-12 students)
• Deliver both academic and social/emotional interventions in resource and general education settings
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain timely and accurate student documentation and progress reports
