This full-time, on-site position is perfect for those passionate about guiding children on their speech and communication journeys, supporting their academic and social success. Travel therapists are welcome to apply and bring their diverse experience to the team!
What we’re seeking:
- A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA CCC’s or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or genuine interest in working with pediatric populations in an educational setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your key responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and comprehensive assessments for students with a variety of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech, language, and communication goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ learning and participation
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to address diverse student needs
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the overall support team
