Job Description Full-Stack Software Engineer Location: San Francisco, California (Onsite) About the Role Our client, a fast-growing healthcare technology startup, is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale an innovative healthcare platform. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and want to own features from concept through deployment. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to build scalable software solutions, integrate with healthcare infrastructure, and deliver products that improve access to care. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications. Develop features supporting pricing, scheduling, payments, and healthcare workflows. Write technical documentation and product requirements. Develop SQL queries and support product analytics. Own feature testing and quality assurance. Collaborate directly with clinicians and operations teams. Integrate with EHRs, insurance systems, laboratory providers, and other healthcare platforms. Solve complex technical challenges in a fast-moving startup environment. Requirements 3-7 years of full-stack software engineering experience. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments. Strong front-end and back-end development skills. Experience building scalable web applications. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and technology stack. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Experience building products from concept through deployment. Interest in healthcare technology is a plus.
