ER RN Shift: 3x 12 hours swing mid shift (start times anytime between 0900, 1000, 1200, 1300, 1400) Ratios: Typically 4:1 (based on acuity) Years of experience REQ: 3 Year- will screen for less years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Yes, every other weekend Certs & Licensure: *Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required *BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS - REQUIRED, *TNCC - PREFERRED On-Call REQ: None Floating Requirements: None Blocked Scheduling: Not able to accommodate Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Unit manager's approval required Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
