What we need from you:

• Degree in physical therapy and active license in New York.
• 1 year of clinical experience (preferred in-home care).
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the patient's home.
• Show us your excellent written/verbal communication skills and patient "bedside" manner.
• Please be ready to work within 2 weeks.
