CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer. Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards. Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food. Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations. Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the cafe. Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer. Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
