Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Portland, Oregon to hire Physical Therapist Assistants. Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure/Certification in Oregon
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in hospice care

Physical Therapist Assistant Contract Details:

• $1,460 - $1,601 per week*
• 14-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care
