Job Summary/Basic Function

Serve as primary contact for the Dance program for students and the general public. Assist with university paperwork and processes including financial and hiring documents; collect and organize assessment data; and generate reports for course scheduling and enrollment. Assist Dance Program Director with communications for recruitment of new students. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned. Position is a Part-time, 20 hour per week, 53%, position.

Required Education

High school diploma or high school equivalency required.

Required Related Experience

Two years of progressively responsible secretarial, clerical, or office experience required.
Note: An Associate's degree (two years of college coursework) and one year experience may be considered in lieu of work experience.

Desirable Related Experience

Prior experience in a university office setting preferred.
