Applies advanced automation and AI capabilities to solve complex business problems, determine solution approaches, lead execution planning, and drive measurable business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and performance improvement.Essential Job FunctionsLead the design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment of analytical and automation solutions for complex and multi-faceted use cases. - (25%)Own end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements definition through implementation, ensuring scalability, quality, and business alignment. - (20%)Define solution approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and make decisions on design, tools, and methodologies. - (15%)Translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into structured analytical outputs, automation workflows, and solution architectures. - (10%)Drive issue resolution, optimize solution performance, and ensure long-term solution effectiveness and sustainability. - (10%)Influence stakeholders across teams to align on solution design, priorities, and delivery expectations. Drive adoption and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and operational improvements. - (10%)Identify opportunities to enhance processes, frameworks, and automation capabilities across multiple solutions. - (5%)Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members; support knowledge sharing and capability development. - (5%)Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.8 - 10 years of experience designing and leading analytical and automation solutions across multiple use cases or domains.Experience includes evaluating solution approaches across analytics, automation (RPA/workflows), and AI/ML techniques (e.g., predictive models, NLP).Demonstrated experience leading requirements, guiding implementation, and integrating multiple capabilities into scalable solutions.Working knowledge of GenAI applications (LLM-based solutions, automation augmentation) is expected. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
