Head of Talent
Grounded
Grounded is hiring its first in-house recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for manufacturing, engineering, software and operations in Detroit, with the founders and technical leads. You’ll create the pipeline, run fast, human interviews, and close candidates who have competing offers. You’ll also build the recruiting function itself—defining roles, evolving processes, and shaping our employer brand as we scale from 25 people.
