Maintenance Manager – Industrial Machinery & Equipment ManufacturingA growing industrial machinery and equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations. This hands-on leadership role requires strong knowledge of industrial production equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, industrial automation, preventive and predictive maintenance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining complex manufacturing machinery and supporting a high-performance production environment.ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance technicians and daily maintenance activities.Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, installations, modifications, and startups.Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and throughput.Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and automated systems.Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new machinery, production lines, and manufacturing equipment.Manage outside contractors, equipment vendors, OEM relationships, and service providers.Manage critical spare parts, maintenance inventory, tooling, and equipment resources.Ensure effective CMMS utilization, preventive maintenance scheduling, work-order completion, and maintenance documentation.Hire, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians while building a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, electrical safety, machine guarding, and other applicable workplace safety requirements.QualificationsMaintenance leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, machinery, equipment, or complex manufacturing environments preferred.Strong knowledge of industrial production and manufacturing equipment.Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and automation experience.Experience with CNC machinery, machine tools, fabrication equipment, welding equipment, conveyors, material-handling systems, assembly equipment, or similar industrial machinery is highly valuable.Strong preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance background.Demonstrated experience leading and developing maintenance teams.Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, motor controls, robotics, and automated manufacturing systems is highly desirable.Knowledge of CMMS systems, maintenance KPIs, RCA, continuous improvement, and spare-parts management.Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and equipment documentation.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Why Join?$115,000–$140,000 + benefitsAdvanced industrial machinery and equipment manufacturing environmentHigh-impact leadership position with the opportunity to improve reliability, maintenance systems, and team performanceOpportunity to support equipment upgrades, new installations, automation, and continuous improvement initiativesConfidential ContactThane Meiners gpac – Growing People and Companies Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io inquiries are confidential.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
