Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure and current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) for SLPs.
• School-based experience supporting Pre-K through high school populations is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, staff, and families.
• Ability to adapt services for students with a range of speech-language needs.
• Comfortable working independently and providing oversight to SLPAs, if assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students requiring speech and language services.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy aligned with student goals.
• Collaborate with the educational team to support student progress and meet compliance requirements.
• Track data, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to assigned SLPAs, supporting their contributions to student growth.
