This opportunity is located in Kingston, NYSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm **What your day-to-day will look like:*** Assist the on-site JLL Facilities team in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment* Perform general maintenance including carpentry, light HVAC, plumbing and/or painting* Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintains appropriate service documentation* Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions* Work closely under the direction of Facility Manager and Chief Engineer* Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs* Support on-call or emergency response (rotation)* Other projects and tasks to be assigned **On-site presence required** **Required qualifications:*** 1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry* Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs* Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall* Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive* Strong customer service skills* Ability to respond to site within 60 minutes for on-call rotation* Requires ability to walk extensively throughout facilities and property sitesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
