Leave Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support overall HR operations, the full-time remote HR Leave of Absence Specialist will manage employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies while also providing HR Coordinator support for data management and onboarding processes. Key responsibilities Administer and monitor employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance and timely communication Perform data management in UKG for employee records, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding leave policies and onboarding workflows Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred At least 3 years of HR experience, with 1-2 years in leave of absence administration Proficiency with UKG (UltiPro) and familiarity with ATS systems preferred Strong understanding of federal and state leave laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA) Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
