Part Time Teller

Position Overview As a part‑time teller within PNC’s retail banking organization, you will be based in Rocky Mount, NC at the Main Branch. Job Description Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives, and identify banking opportunities. Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
