Healthcare Analytics Manager

Job Description:Our Opportunity:Chewy is growing! We are looking for a Healthcare Analytics Manager to join our Healthcare Analytics Team. In this role, you will own end-to-end analytics projects for Chewy’s Pharmacy, Compounding, and Equine/Farm/Exotics businesses. As a Healthcare Analytics Manager, you will leverage all available data sources (orders, financials, catalog, clickstream, operations, customer feedback) to deliver self-service analytics tooling and deep-dive analyses that drive actions yielding positive impact on the customer experience and financial P&L. You will partner with business General Managers, Finance, Data Engineers and other cross-functional teams to define and execute an analytics roadmap that helps these businesses continue to scale.The ideal candidate is technically proficient – able to analyze large, diverse data sets, build self-service analytics tools and visualizations, and conduct deep analysis with actionable insights. Additionally, this individual is a highly effective collaborator across technology and business domains, a clear written and verbal communicator, and brings a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality impactful results. Lastly, this individual brings experience with AI and its applications for analytics.What you'll do:Lead insights generation by delivering analyses that use data to tell a story and offer recommendations to improve business performance.Define and develop new KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure success and monitor progress against strategic business goals. Build user-friendly reporting and dashboards for both internal and external customers.Assess the data needs of the business and partner with technical teams to deliver proof of concepts and conduct QA/UAT on new data sources.Create and continuously improve documentation and training materials.What you'll need:4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science or similar role.Demonstrable experience building and delivering self-service analytics tooling and in-depth analyses with quantifiable business impact.Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or equivalent BI tool), and Excel. Python experience is a bonus.Experience with e-commerce, omni-channel, or retail data (catalog, promotions, clickstream, fulfillment, customer feedback, etc.) and thorough understanding of business performance indicators and financial P&L.Experience applying advanced analytics concepts (experiment design, A/B testing, statistics, etc.) to evaluate and improve business performance.Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and communication across an organization.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
