Field Service Technician - CCLP in Boise

Field Service Technician Location: Boise, ID Employment Type: Contract-To-Hire Responsibilities Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Perform on‑site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers. Familiarity with POS (Point of Sales) systems for retail stores (Windows based registers). Break/Fix at component level – desktops, laptops, printers. Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems. Imaging and image recovery. Provide technical support in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. Install or re‑install software packages and updates. Engage in recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow‑up activities. Qualifications Must have a clean driving record – No open tickets or warrants – No major violations.
