Role Summary Client seeks a Product-minded Software Engineer who excels at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and rapid iteration. This is a fully in-person role based in NYC. You will own features end-to-end, from backend services to AI-powered user experiences, and collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams. Your work will directly influence the core product used by thousands of customers daily. This role is ideal for someone who values impact over simply shipping code. --- Responsibilities

• Own feature development end-to-end, including backend services, frontend experiences, and AI-driven workflows
• Convert customer feedback into rapid iterations and feature improvements
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams
• Maintain high code quality with strong testing, monitoring, and reliability practices
• Navigate changing requirements with autonomy and strong prioritization

Requirements

• 2–8 years full-stack engineering experience (4–8 preferred)
• Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems (or eagerness to learn quickly)
• Strong product mindset with a focus on impact and customer experience
• Experience owning features end-to-end across backend and frontend
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-engineering teams
• High code quality standards and a strong reliability mindset
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy startup environments
• Must work in-person in NYC, full-time
