HVAC Apprentice Technician

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentives

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance inspections, cleanings, and system evaluations
• Assist with servicing and repairing residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment
• Discuss maintenance plans, repair recommendations, indoor air quality solutions, and replacement options with customers
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Participate in hands-on training and learn industry best practices from experienced technicians

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or a related trade is beneficial
• EPA certification is preferred but not required; training is available
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and lead technicians
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools, including drills and saws
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
