Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights

Job Description

In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) will perform patient care functions under the supervision of the Unit Director, ensuring compliance with the State of Maine Board of Nursing standards and hospital policies. The RN will also work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse during their assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to established procedures.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Maine.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• MOAB or CPI certifications preferred but not required.

Schedule

This position requires a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with some flexibility in hours depending on the needs of the unit.
