Are you a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing quality work? Do you enjoy working with manual mills and lathes but also have experience with CNC programming? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machinist to join our growing team. This position offers a mix of hands-on machining using manual equipment along with opportunities to apply CNC programming knowledge and expand your technical skills.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate manual mills and lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed
- Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to solve machining challenges
What We're Looking For:
- Experience operating manual mills and lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
- Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and inspection methods
- CNC programming experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
