Black Earth Lanes is looking for a dependable, hardworking Bartender/Cook to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety throughout their shift. You'll spend time providing excellent customer service behind the bar while also preparing simple menu items in the kitchen.

We're looking for someone who understands that every customer interaction matters. Whether you're serving a drink or preparing a meal, you take pride in delivering a great experience and representing our business with professionalism and respect.

• Provide friendly, welcoming service to every customer

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly

• Verify IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies

• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions

• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized

• Build positive relationships with regular customers and first-time visitors

• Prepare basic menu items including appetizers, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, and other simple food items

• Follow recipes and food safety standards

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked

• Assist with food preparation and restocking throughout your shift

• Maintain quality and consistency in every order

• Work as a team to provide an outstanding customer experience

• Help wherever needed during busy times

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Previous bartending or kitchen experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
