We're growing and have multiple Industrial Building Maintenance Technician openings available in Columbus, OH . If you're a hands-on maintenance professional with electrical and HVAC experience , this is your opportunity to join a stable team supporting industrial facilities. We're looking for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and keeping critical operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial building equipment and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment

• Maintain boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, motors, and other critical building systems

• Complete daily inspections and preventive maintenance assignments

• Operate and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS) and facility controls

• Repair lighting, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, and general building systems

• Utilize CMMS software to complete work orders, document repairs, and track preventive maintenance

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance projects

• Respond to emergency maintenance calls while maintaining a safe work environment

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial, industrial, or building maintenance experience

• Basic to intermediate troubleshooting skills in electrical and commercial HVAC systems

• Experience with mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, boilers, or chillers is a plus

• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or willingness to learn

• Experience using a CMMS is preferred

• Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings

• EPA Certification is a plus but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
