Automotive Maintenance Technician

Company Overview Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is part of Bridgestone Americas and operates over 2,200 company-owned stores across North America. Position Summary Maintenance Technician – entry‑level role servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. Pay ranges from $15.84 to $23.76 per hour. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical. Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes. Install and maintain tires, batteries, shock absorbers, and other components. Conduct road tests of vehicles. Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Valid automobile driver’s license and capacity to operate customer and company vehicles. Experience in the automotive service industry preferred. Reading, writing, and math skills.
