Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that resonate with clients’ individual needs and mental health concerns. \n Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions to ensure adherence to best practices. \n Stay current with research developments and evolving methodologies in mental health counseling, integrating new insights into practice. \n Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. \n Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss strategies for client engagement and support. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, family-related challenges, and more. Your sensitivity to cultural diversity and personal experiences will be crucial in establishing trust and rapport with clients.
