Allegiant Business Group
Full-Time | B2B / Direct Sales
Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, and bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
Location: Local Territory (In-person)
At Allegiant Business Group, we provide supplemental insurance solutions to help businesses and individuals protect what matters most — their teams, families, and financial security. You'll join a supportive, collaborative team where people who enjoy guiding and mentoring others can thrive.
Your RoleYou'll work as an independent contractor, building your own book of business while helping your teammates grow. You'll meet clients face to face, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor new team members. This role is perfect if you're patient, dependable, and motivated by helping others succeed.
What You'll DoShare supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees
Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+
Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills
Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals
Comprehensive training and hands-on mentorship
Draw pay, commissions, and performance-based bonuses
Licensing assistance and reimbursement
A supportive culture that values coaching, teamwork, and client care
Patient, supportive, and naturally able to guide others
Motivated by helping people and making a difference
Reliable, professional, and coachable
Licensed in Health & Life or willing to get licensed (reimbursement provided)
