Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician
Monroe, NC
We are a growing automotive company seeking experienced Auto Mechanics and Automotive Technicians to join our team in Monroe, North Carolina.
Unlike traditional repair shops, our technicians work exclusively on company-owned vehicles. There is no customer interaction, no service advisors, and no pressure from retail clients. Our technicians are trusted to work independently in a professional environment with a consistent flow of vehicles and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform maintenance and repair work on a variety of vehicles
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
• Previous automotive repair experience required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own tools preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
Compensation
Performance-based pay with excellent earning potential. Productive technicians can earn significantly above industry averages.
