Own the Finish.Were looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator who can set up, operate and troubleshoot commercial embroidery machines while also performing routine machine maintenance. - Coordinate daily workflow based on production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Assist in setting up and operating multi-head and single-head embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, ZSK).
- Load, check, and troubleshoot digitized DST files to ensure correct color sequencing, accurate design placement and stitch registration.
- Monitor usage levels of thread, bobbins, backing/stabilizer and needles and request inventory replenishments.
- Embroidery machine experience with major commercial machine brands Tajima and ZSK preferred.
- Experience with proper hooping techniques, thread tension adjustment, and basic embroidery machine operations and maintenance.
- Detail oriented
- Computer literacy with ability to use a tablet and computer.
- Ability to read/write in English and math skills at a basic level required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent school/work experience.
