Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies for clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to a diverse client base including individuals, couples, families, and groups using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, complying with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance comprehensive client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, participating in workshops and seminars to keep abreast of advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
