JAN-PRO Detroit is seeking a full-time member of our team to work as an Operations Administrator . We are looking for a positive, organized, proactive, and dependable person to provide administrative support to our Operations team, leadership team, franchise owners, and customers. This person will help JAN-PRO operations and customer service run smoothly by coordinating schedules, tracking account offers, and maintaining accurate records.
A major responsibility of this position is offering and coordinating both new and transferred customer accounts with our Certified Business Owners. This includes preparing and tracking account offers, follow up, scheduling walkthroughs, completing paperwork, and helping coordinate account starts and transitions.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating special-service requests such as floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Responsibly for maintaining operations tracking systems, completing data entry and providing backup to thee front desk receptionist and JAN-Supply support as needed.
Must be comfortable using technology, managing multiple priorities, and communicating professionally with all stakeholders. Must have strong attention to detail, take ownership of responsibilities, and consistently follow tasks through to completion.
