More About Our Team Our 28-bed Medical Telemetry unit provides specialized, continuous monitoring for a high-acuity patient population with diverse clinical needs. We manage a dynamic range of cases, including complex cardiac and respiratory conditions, post-surgical recovery, patients requiring bedside hemodialysis, as well as other medical conditions. This versatile environment demands a high level of clinical expertise to ensure safe, high-quality care for every patient on their path to recovery. How You'll Contribute A Patient Care Assistant who excels in this role: Provides direct patient care Performs specific documentation in the patient's record Maintains equipment and supplies and participates in quality assurance Communicates appropriate information in departmental and interdepartmentally Assists and participates in staff education and pursues continuing education for personal development.
