Senior Software Engineer, AI Incubation and Rapid Infrastructure Automation

Write and test product or system development code.Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.Work as an AI-First SWE Engineer, who puts themselves directly in the customers' environment to understand and solve their issues.Use Agentic AI and Spec Driven Development to develop products and solutions with an AI-First mindset.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.Experience developing accessible technologies.
