- Participate in team case reviews and strategy discussions
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation strategy
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and meet billing expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members Qualifications: - Active license and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
- Admission to practice before Michigan district and circuit courts required
- Strong academic credentials
- 3-5 years of civil litigation or general civil practice experience
- Willingness to learn
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate, receive feedback, and contribute to team strategy
- Professionalism, organization, and client-centered approach Preferred: - Experience appearing in Michigan courts
- Familiarity with Michigan Court Rules and civil procedure
