If you're looking for the opportunity to lead large-scale work, travel nationwide, and accelerate your career with a growing mechanical contractor, we'd love to speak with you.What You'll DoLead commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from award through final completion.Coordinate daily with engineering, VDC/BIM, field leadership, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders while ensuring project documentation remains accurate.Order equipment and materials, issue purchase orders and subcontracts, and oversee project buyout activities.Manage fabrication work packages, material takeoffs, production schedules, and fabrication budgets.Partner closely with the Safety Department to ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.Lead project closeout activities, including commissioning support, punch lists, turnover documentation, and final billing.What We're Looking For1-3+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, process piping, mechanical systems, and construction practices.Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.Travel ScheduleThis is a traveling position supporting projects throughout the United States.Travel to project sites nationwide.Work approximately six 10-hour shifts per week while assigned to a project.Return home every 3-4 weeks for 2-3 days.Company travel package provided.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).Travel incentives and per diem package.Annual performance bonus opportunities.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company contributions.Paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays.Long-term career growth with a company that promotes from within.For additional information on this opportunity, please contact Jamie Tomczyk directly at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
