Hourly Rate: $19.55 On Call Position 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts Weekends and Holidays Core Work Activities Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Communicates any meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen Explains menu items and specials and checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Guest Experience And Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become A Server At Hvo Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
